To every caregiver.
If you’re holding space for someone with ADHD, OCD, autism, Alzheimer’s, or any condition that reshapes daily life, I see you.
And I know the hardest part. You’re not just dealing with the condition. You’re dealing with the silence around it. You’re anchoring them when the world spins too fast. People think your love is too much or too little. People judge without ever being in the waiting room when it’s just you, them, and the battle.
But you matter more than you know. You are the quiet power that holds the soul of another while the world misunderstands them. Because I know your love is real, you stay. You protect. You don't demand. You don't manipulate. And you don't punish someone for surviving a sickness they never chose.
And no matter how tired you are, no matter how alone you feel, please remember that the presence you give is already medicine. You don’t need to fix everything. Just being there, is already sacred.
Love,
Jethro Orion
